Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped from our third party warehouses. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am – 6pm monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. Products will need to be signed for upon delivery and acknowledgement shall be the conclusive evidence that the products are delivered. We take no responsibility for acknowledgement signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send an email at admin@noorsafar.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Noor Alsafar general trading's shipment to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Charges

Free Shipping for all orders above AED 200 for UAE & SAR 300 for ksa for Lavie (including replacement) and Noor Alsafar general trading will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Noor alsafar general trading reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion and in store credit shall be given to the customer. We charge a standard delivery fee that will be applied on your checkout page. Here are the delivery charges depending on each country:

UAE:

  • Orders below 200 AED will incur a service charge of 14 AED to cover shipping costs.
  • Same-day delivery fee is 18 AED.
  • You will be eligible for same-day delivery if your order is above 400 AED.
  • You will be eligible for next-day delivery if your order is above 200 AED.

KSA:

  • Orders under 300 SAR will have a 40 SAR service charge for shipping.
  • Customer will have to pay any customs & clearance charges if applicable

GCC:

  • Kuwait:

If the order is less than 40 KWD, there will be a shipping fee of 40 AED

  • Qatar:

Orders below 400 QAR will incur a shipping fee of 40 AED

  • Bahrain:

Orders below 40 BHD will have a shipping fee of 40 AED

  • Oman:

Orders below 40 OMR will be subject to a shipping fee of 40 AED

Points to Consider:

  • The Lavie Wallet can be used to cover shipping and expedited delivery fees.
  • If your order was eligible for shipping fees and gets canceled after it has been shipped, don’t worry! We will refund the shipping fees for you.
  • If you received the item and initiated a return, you will receive a refund for the paid item price.
  • If you opt for expedited delivery (Same Day or Next Day), shipping fees will be waived. However, Same Day Delivery (SDD) or Next Day Delivery (NDD) fees will still apply.
